I worked out today! 30 minutes total. And I ran a 1/4 of a mile at 6 mph twice [5 minutes or 1/2 mile total!]. I wanted to see what my out of shape body could do. :)
Let's see how many calories I consumed:
Nutrigrain Bar: 130
Coffee [x 2]: 150
Salad: 200
Mac and Cheese: 500
Bread: 100
Wine: 300
Ginger Ale: 120
Total: 1500
What? Wow! That's awesome!
