Update.

This was a GOOD day health wise. :) I've eaten breakfast, lunch and dinner - and I still have 500 calories left before I reach 1500!

After I wrote the last blog, I decided to just do all the punishments - figuring that I haven't really done any of the things I aiming for in a while. It was fun, actually. I forgot to do the plank. But after Sadie and I ran around the house 10 times (which is a lot harder than it sounds, bytheway), I came back in and did Zumba via YouTube for 15 minutes or so. :) SUPER fun. Yay!
